Bob Lau, advisor for Web Portal Management LLC, will be presenting about TechnologyVest.com, a web portal which takes advantage of the new method for raising capital by early-stage companies that resulted from the JOBS Act, and the amendment by the SEC of the private placement Rule 506.
Bob has been in the investment banking business for over 50 years. He has been involved in retail and institutional brokerage, investment management, investment banking and investment research. For the past eight years he has been the CEO of the U.S. subsidiaries of a European investment bank. Over his career he has been involved in the placement of hundreds of millions of dollars of private and public securities.
